The secretary of state shall prepare a public report to be included with the state canvass results of each statewide election. The report shall include the total number of statewide:A. participants;B. voter-participants who were sent a ballot; C. voter-participants who returned a ballot; andD. ballots from voter-participants that were qualified and counted.History: Laws 2019, ch. 226, § 8.
