§ 1-8-37-to-1-8-39

ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1985, ch. 2, § 13 repealed 1-8-37 to 1-8-39 NMSA 1978, as amended by Laws 1983, ch. 232, §§ 11 to 13, relating to the duties of the secretary of state with regard to statements of candidacy for convention designation, the designation of candidates by convention, and the alternative method of placing name on primary election ballot, respectively, effective June 14, 1985.
