Section 1-8-46 - Independent candidates for general or United States representative special elections; right to be placed on ballot

The name of any independent candidate for an office to be voted on at a general election or United States representative special election shall be placed by the proper filing officer on such ballot. History: 1953 Comp., § 3-8-27.2, enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 322, § 2.
