Section 1-8-47 - Independent candidates for general or United States representative special elections; withdrawal of name

The provisions of the Election Code [Chapter 1 NMSA 1978] pertaining to the withdrawal of candidates from the general election shall apply to the withdrawal of independent candidates. History: 1953 Comp., § 3-8-27.3, enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 322, § 3.
