Sections 1 through 16 [10-7C-1 to 10-7C-16 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the 'Retiree Health Care Act'. History: Laws 1990, ch. 6, § 1. Laws 2002, ch. 75, §§ 2 to 4 and Laws 2002, ch. 80, §§ 2 to 4 enacted identical sections which were codified as 10-7C-17 [repealed], 10-7C-18 [repealed] and 10-7C-19 NMSA 1978 [repealed]. These sections were enacted as part of the Retiree Health Care Act.
