As used in the Compact Negotiation Act: A. 'committee' means the joint legislative committee on compacts; B. 'compact' means a tribal-state class III gaming compact entered into between a tribe and the state pursuant to the federal Indian Gaming Regulatory Act and including any separate agreement ancillary to that compact; C.
