Section 12-1-10 - Applicability [of increased fee]

The increased fee levied by this act [12-1-9, 12-1-10 NMSA 1978] shall apply to all actions filed on or after July 1, 1967. History: 1953 Comp., § 1-1-8.1, enacted by Laws 1967, ch. 222, § 2.
