§ 12-10d-1

This act [12-10D-1 to 12-10D-6 NMA 1978] may be cited as the 'Emergency Communications Interoperability Act'. History: Laws 2009, ch. 111, § 1. ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2009, ch. 111 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 19, 2009, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
