Section 13-1-28 - Short title

Sections 13-1-28 through 13-1-199 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the 'Procurement Code'. History: Laws 1984, ch. 65, § 1; 2006, ch. 23, § 1. ANNOTATIONSThe 2006 amendment, effective March 2, 2006, changed the session law reference to the NMSA reference.
