Section 13-1-46 - Definition; cost data

'Cost data' means factual information concerning the cost of labor, material, overhead and other cost elements which are expected to be incurred by a contractor or which have been actually incurred by a contractor in performing the contract. History: Laws 1984, ch. 65, § 19.
