Section 13-1-96 - Delegation of authority by the state purchasing agent

The state purchasing agent may, with the consent of the secretary, delegate such of his authority to subordinates as he deems necessary and appropriate by clearly delineating in writing such delegated authority and the limitations thereto. History: Laws 1984, ch. 65, § 69.
