Chapter 13, Article 1B NMSA 1978 may be cited as the 'Alternative Fuel Acquisition Act'. History: Laws 1992, ch. 58, § 1; 2002, ch. 32, § 2. ANNOTATIONSThe 2002 amendment, effective July 1, 2002, rewrote the section, which formerly read: 'Sections 1 through 7 of this act may be cited as the 'Alternative Fuel Conversion Act'.
