ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1984, ch. 65, § 175, repealed 13-3-1 to 13-3-5 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1937, ch. 168, §§ 1 to 5, relating to preferences for New Mexico firms in awards of public printing contracts, effective November 1, 1984. For present comparable provisions, see 13-1-21 NMSA 1978.
