ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 2001, ch. 68, § 12 repealed 13-4-27 to 13-4-30 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1985, ch. 124, §§ 1, 2, and 4 and Laws 1989, ch. 217, § 1, as amended by Laws 1995, ch. 147, §§ 1 to 3, relating to the payment of public works contracts, effective June 15, 2001.
