ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1978, ch. 209, § 3, repealed 6-2-24.1, 1953 Comp. [15-3-18 NMSA 1978], relating to the creation of the state capitol improvement fund, and providing that any balances remaining in the state capitol improvement fund are to be transferred to the long-term lease guarantee fund.
