ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 2001, ch. 319, § 23 repealed 15-3-7, 15-3-8, 15-3-9 and 15-3-10, as enacted by Laws 1975, ch. 10, §§ 1 and 2 and Laws 1968, ch. 43, §§ 3 and 4, relating to prohibition of buildings not meeting standards for the handicapped and purchase and acquisition of land, effective July 1, 2001.
