A. A person who violates the Wildlife Conservation and Public Safety Act is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each individual trap, snare or application of wildlife poison shall constitute a single violation of that act.B. Any penalties under this section shall be cumulative to any other available penalties provided by law.C.
