§ 17-2-4-1

In the event the jaguar is de-listed as a federal endangered species, the department of game and fish shall prohibit the taking, possession and sale of jaguars or parts thereof. History: 1978 Comp., § 17-2-4.1, enacted by Laws 1999, ch. 31, § 1.
