A nonresident disabled active duty member or veteran of the United States armed forces who is undergoing a rehabilitation program that involves hunting activities and that is sponsored by the federal government or a nonprofit organization authorized by the federal government and is under the direction of a military or federal veterans administration rehabilitation center may purchase: A. a deer license at the resident deer license fee; B. an antelope license at the resident antelope license fee; C. an elk license at the resident elk license fee; D. a javelina license at the resident javelina license fee; E. a turkey license at the resident turkey license fee; or F. an oryx license at the resident oryx license fee.
