Section 17-3-39 - Special nonresident licenses

The commission may issue special nonresident bird licenses to nonresidents to hunt on regulated shooting preserves with the owner's consent for legally propagated game birds upon the payment of a license fee of five dollars and twenty-five cents ($5.25). The license must be carried on the person at all times when hunting on private shooting preserves. Five dollars ($5.00) of the special nonresident bird license fee is to be paid to the state game and fish department. Twenty-five cents ($.25) of the fee is to be retained by the issuing agent.
