§ 18-2-4-1

A. Unless otherwise directed by the state librarian, every state agency shall deposit at least twenty-five copies of all its publications intended for public distribution, when issued, with the state library depository for depository and distribution purposes, excluding those publications issued strictly for internal use. B. The state librarian shall determine the number of copies of regularly issued publications required to meet the needs of the various libraries in the state and shall inform the affected agencies of the exact number of copies required.
