At its initial meeting and biannually thereafter, the board shall elect a chairman, vice chairman and other officers as it deems necessary. The board shall meet at the call of the chairman or a majority of the members. All meetings of the state land trusts advisory board shall be in compliance with the Open Meetings Act [10-15-1 to 10-15-4 NMSA 1978]. History: Laws 1989, ch. 186, § 3.
