Section 19-9-15 - Rules and regulations authorized

After notice to all existing coal lessees and other interested parties the commissioner may adopt rules and regulations as he deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this act [19-9-9 to 19-9-16 NMSA 1978]. The inadvertent failure to notify any coal lessee or other interested party shall not invalidate a rule or regulation. History: Laws 1989, ch. 200, § 7.
