ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1982 (3rd S.S.), ch. 1, § 52, purportedly repealed Laws 1982 (1st S.S.), ch. 2, effective June 23, 1982. There was no first special session in 1982, but there was a second special session, ch. 2 of which enacted 2-8A-1 to 2-8A-52 NMSA 1978, relating to the apportionment of the senate.
