Section 20-4-10 - Members of the national guard considered state employees

Members of the national guard shall be considered to be state employees for the purpose of eligibility to purchase and participate in group insurance coverages afforded other state employees. History: 1978 Comp., § 20-4-10, enacted by Laws 1987, ch. 318, § 27.
