ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 318, § 98A repealed 20-9-6 to 20-9-8 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1921, ch. 128, §§ 1 and 2 and Laws 1953, ch. 70, relating to prohibition on discharge of employees or preventing performance of military duties and training leave for public employees, effective April 10, 1987.
