§ 21-14a-5

Upon establishment of an off-campus instruction program, public school facilities are to be made available to the off-campus program if needed, and in such manner as will not interfere with the regular program of instruction. No public school funds shall be expended in the program, and the off-campus instruction program shall pay a proper amount for utilities and custodian service.
