Financing of off-campus instruction programs shall be by tuition and fees which shall be set by the board of regents of the parent institution, by gifts and grants and by other funds as may be made available, pursuant to the Off-Campus Instruction Act or College District Tax Act [21-2A-1 to 21-2A-10 NMSA 1978]. ANNOTATIONSThe 1995 amendment, effective June 16, 1995, inserted 'of the parent institution', substituted the language beginning 'pursuant to' for 'except as otherwise provided in the Off-Campus Instruction Act' at the end of the section, and made a minor stylistic change.
