A. Upon recommendation of the advisory committee, the department shall adopt formulas and administrative procedures to be used in requesting appropriations of state funds as a budgetary line item for the apprenticeship system of adult vocational education.B. The advisory committee shall prepare an update to the apprenticeship-related instruction cost study adopted by the department prior to each session of the legislature.C. Upon recommendation of the advisory committee, the department shall adopt forms, formulas and administrative procedures for the distribution of available funds to apprenticeship training programs.
