Chapter 21, Article 21I NMSA 1978 may be cited as the 'Minority Doctoral Loan Repayment Assistance Act'. ANNOTATIONSThe 2017 amendment, effective June 16, 2017, changed the Minority Doctoral Assistance Loan for Service Program Act to the Minority Doctoral Loan Repayment Assistance Act; after 'Minority Doctoral', added 'Loan Repayment', and after 'Assistance', deleted 'Loan for Service Program'. The 1994 amendment, effective May 18, 1994, substituted 'Article 21I' for 'Article 21I-1' and inserted 'Act' following 'Program'. The 1991 amendment, effective June 14, 1991, rewrote this section which read 'This act may be cited as the 'Minority Doctoral Assistance Act''.
