ANNOTATIONSCompiler's notes. — Laws 2003, ch. 153, §§ 10 to 20 were enacted as 22-2A-1 to 22-2A-11 NMSA 1978, but were relocated due to the existing Article 2A. The 2007 amendments, effective June 15, 2007, changed the statutory reference to the act. Laws 2007, ch. 307, § 2, Laws 2007, ch. 308, § 2 and Laws 2007, ch. 309, § 2 enacted identical amendments to this section. The section was set out as amended by Laws 2007, ch. 309, § 2.
