§ 22-2f-1

This act [22-2F-1 to 22-2F-3 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the 'School Support and Accountability Act'. History: Laws 2019, ch. 249, § 1. ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2019, ch. 249 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 2019, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.Applicability. — Laws 2019, ch. 249, § 5 provided that Laws 2019, ch. 249 applies to the 2019-2020 and succeeding school years.
