Section 22-34-4 - Diabetes medical management plan

A. The parent or guardian of each student with diabetes who seeks diabetes care while at school shall submit to the school a diabetes medical management plan. B. Each school that receives a diabetes medical management plan shall review and implement the diabetes medical management plan.History: Laws 2019, ch. 22, § 4.
