Chapter 22, Article 8B NMSA 1978 may be cited as the 'Charter Schools Act'. History: Laws 1999, ch. 281, § 1; 2005, ch. 221, § 1; 2006, ch. 94, § 26. ANNOTATIONSThe 2006 amendment, effective July 1, 2007, changed '1999 Charter Schools Act' to 'Charter Schools Act'. The 2005 amendment, effective July 1, 2005, changed the statutory reference to the act.
