ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1978, ch. 211, § 16, repealed former 34-3-2 and 34-3-5, 1953 Comp. (23-6-1, 23-6-2 NMSA 1978), relating to establishment, powers and duties of the Los Lunas hospital and training school, effective March 7, 1978. Laws 1981, ch. 72, § 1, purported to repeal 23-6-2 NMSA 1978, although it had already been repealed by Laws 1978, ch. 211, § 16.
