Section 24-1-30 - Hand washing facilities; requirement

Portable hand washing facilities shall be provided with at least one hand wash facility to every one-to-ten portable toilets in public locations where portable toilets are required by law or ordinance. The facilities shall be in close proximity to the toilets. History: Laws 2005, ch. 190, § 1.
