Section 24-16-18 - Penalties

IV, § 23, was effective June 15, 2007, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature. Severability. Laws 2007, ch. 20, § 14, effective June 15, 2007, provided for the severability of the act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
