Section 25-1-13 - Disease control

The board shall promulgate regulations to insure that a person with a disease which can reasonably be expected to be transmitted to other persons shall not work in a food service establishment. History: 1953 Comp., § 54-3A-13, enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 309, § 13.
