Section 25-11-5 - Injunction

In addition to any other remedy under law, the board may apply to the district court for an injunction, and the district court may issue a temporary or permanent injunction, or both, restraining any person from violating or continuing to violate any of the provisions of the New Mexico Chile Advertising Act or any rule promulgated pursuant to that act by the board. In issuing an injunction on the application of the board, the court shall not require a bond. History: Laws 2011, ch. 57, § 5. ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2011, ch. 57 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2011, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
