Section 25-7-8 - Penalty

Any person who violates any of the provisions of the Dairy Act or regulations promulgated by the board is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). History: 1953 Comp., § 52-1-37, enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 375, § 8.
