§ 26-2c-17-1

Cannabis is deemed to be misbranded if:A. its labeling is false or misleading in any particular;B. it is offered for sale under the name of another cannabis product;C. it is an imitation of another cannabis product, unless its label bears, in type of uniform size and prominence, the word 'imitation' and, immediately following, the name of the cannabis product imitated;D. its container is so made, formed or filled as to be misleading; orE. the label otherwise does not conform to the requirements of Section 26-2C-17 NMSA 1978 and labeling rules promulgated by the division.
