History: Laws 1998, ch. 30, § 1; 2019, ch. 215, § 1.ANNOTATIONSThe 2019 amendment, effective January 1, 2020, changed 'This act' to 'Chapter 27, Article 11 NMSA 1978', and after 'Medicaid Provider', added 'and Managed Care'.Severability. — Laws 2019, ch. 215, § 19, provided that if any part or application of this act is held invalid, the remainder or its application to other situations or persons shall not be affected.Temporary provisions. — Laws 2019, ch. 215, § 18 provided that as of the effective date of this act, all references in law to the Medicaid Provider Act shall be deemed to be references to the Medicaid Provider and Managed Care Act.
