All state, county and municipal agencies, departments, bureaus and divisions shall cooperate in the location of absent parents who are not fulfilling their obligation to support their children and shall on request supply the authority with all information on hand relative to the location, social security number, income and property of such absent parents, notwithstanding any other provision of law making the information confidential.
