Section 28-3-4 - Commission on the status of women; staff

The commission shall appoint a director, who is the administrative officer of the commission. The director shall employ other necessary employees under the provisions of the Personnel Act [Chapter 10, Article 9 NMSA 1978]. History: 1953 Comp., § 4-33A-4, enacted by Laws 1974, ch. 90, § 4.
