Section 28-3-5 - Commission on the status of women; reports

The commission shall submit reports on its preceding year's work to the governor and the legislature by December 1 of each year. The reports shall contain recommendations, if any, for legislation or other appropriate action. History: 1953 Comp., § 4-33A-5, enacted by Laws 1974, ch. 90, § 5.
