Section 3-39-17 - Definitions

As used in the Municipal Airport Zoning Law [3-39-16 to 3-39-26 NMSA 1978], unless the context otherwise requires: A. 'airport' means any area of land or water designated for the landing and taking-off of aircraft and utilized or to be utilized by the public as a point of arrival or departure by air; B.
