Section 3-40-6 - Cemeteries; ordinance to enforce regulation

Upon the recommendation of the cemetery board or on its own discretion, the governing body of a municipality may provide, by ordinance, penalties for the violation of the rules and regulations of the cemetery board. History: 1953 Comp., § 14-41-7, enacted by Laws 1965, ch. 300.
