Section 3-51-25 - Payment; interest; penalties

The governing body of the city shall have the power to provide for the time and terms of payment of the assessments and the rate of interest upon deferred payments thereof, which rate shall not exceed eight percent per annum. The assessments shall bear interest from the date of publication of the assessing ordinance.
