Section 3-65-1 - Short title

Sections 1 through 11 [3-65-1 to 3-65-10 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the 'Minor League Baseball Stadium Funding Act'. History: Laws 2001, ch. 231, § 1. Compiler's notes. — Laws 2001, Chapter 231 enacted the Minor League Baseball Stadium Funding Act. Section 1 of that act defined the Minor League Baseball Stadium Funding Act as Sections 1 to 11 of Chapter 231, however, Section 11 of Chapter 231 was not codified and appears as a note following 3-65-10 NMSA 1978.
