Section 30-20-15 - Construction

This act [30-20-13 to 30-20-15 NMSA 1978] shall be construed to be an alternative to and not in lieu of the provisions of Laws 1969, Chapter 281 [30-20-4 to 30-20-9 NMSA 1978]. History: 1953 Comp., § 40A-20-12, enacted by Laws 1970, ch. 86, § 4.
